Please @POTUS @realDonaldTrump, #PardonFlynnNow - 23rd Analysis - 19 October 19, 2019

19 October 19, 2019 - #PardonFlynnNow Analysis

1) Good Morning, Mr. @POTUS, Sir,

I’m the leader of a small movement, here at Twitter, that employs the

hashtag #PardonFlynnNow. I don’t know if you’ve heard of us or not, but

it is our mission to speak to you. Allow me to qualify the term “small”,

please.

2) Previously, I led what became a very large movement under the

hashtag #ClearFlynnNow. In fact, at the beginning of that movement we

tested #PardonFlynnNow and found it to be a very difficult hashtag to

push forward. We learned the reason why.

3) It is one of the greatest achievements of the Left, Sir, that we in

America do NOT know how to claim our rights at law. You do. You

always have. Those of us who follow your story know that your teacher

was the great Roy Cohn. We know that you and he together lived by law.

4) The rest of America does not enjoy such a friendship with the law, Sir.

That is what we learned. The term “pardon” is inherently legal, whereas

the term “clear”; can be accepted by anyone, without the slightest need

to address issues at law.

5) When we employed #ClearFlynnNow we found that @GenFlynn is,

and without question, America’s Favorite General. His supporters

number in the millions. His leadership transcends his military and

intelligence accomplishments, though.

6) Everyone knows that military men prefer their silence. The fact that he

had to tell the truth to America about ISIS and lost his job as head of DIA

for it, speaks to the heart and soul of every patriotic American. And by

every, I mean every. Let me explain.

7) I foster many friendships with patriotic Democrats, wherever I am

able. Building the reunited bond of America, having nothing to do with

political party, is one of my highest goals. My Democrat friends ALL, to a

person, respect @GenFlynn. None of them defend his prosecution.

8) So, when I qualify the #PardonFlynnNow movement as being a small

one, it must be understood that #ClearFlynnNow is NOT small. Support

for Gen Flynn is in the millions and millions. No man in America has

given more, nor sacrificed more, other than yourself, Sir.

9) Here’s the problem, Sir, it’s twofold. First, our voices are suppressed.

Consider my great friend and ally, @TamaraLeigh_llc. Her account of

75,000 followers here at Twitter was shut down due, I believe, to her

phenomenal work on the #ClearFlynnNow movement.

10) Tamara has embraced and is the most important supporter of the

#PardonFlynnNow movement and has created a website:

PardonFlynnNow.com that is the online repository of all our work. But

her Twitter reach is a mere fraction of what it used to be.

11) Examples of the suppression of our voice could be multiplied, as I’m

sure you know. So, that brings me to our second problem, and with great

humility and respect, Sir, it’s you. That is, you’re so high and mighty.

You’re so embattled. You fight so hard for us.

12) Yet, from our perspective, Sir, you are surrounded with people who

have failed America in one of its most important missions. They have

NOT, not to our eye, encouraged you to stand behind your friend

@GenFlynn. We, America, we do not hear you speak on his behalf.

13) You have before, and we all know where your heart is. We know that

the evil Comey used your good will toward Gen Flynn as basis of his

illegal leaking, with the public expressed illegal objective of starting the

Mueller investigation. We Flynn supporters know about that.

14) But there’s an elephant in the room, and it’s time for everyone to

come clean about it. Gen Flynn did NOT lie to VP Pence. We now know

that. Someone else lied to the VP, NOT Gen Flynn. What we need is a

reconciliation between them. VP Pence needs to embrace Gen Flynn.

15) And that brings us to the great @SidneyPowell1. Her fight with the

court system is beyond heroic. She is America’s greatest legal fighter,

and there is a vision, Sir, for what her greatest contribution might be. We

suffer a corrupt prosecutorial power in our land.

16) No one knows that better than you, Sir. You rightly call out the lying

media at every rally. I humbly recommend that the lying prosecutors are

equally destructive of America Herself. We have lost the Rule of Law,

due to illegal prosecutorial misconduct. We are lawless.

17) The incredible @marklevinshow has deemed us a post-

Constitutional nation. We have utterly lost the Rule of Law. Our

Constitution is in shreds. How do we correct this? Can it be corrected? I

propose that the greatest use of @SidneyPowell1, is that very correction

at law.

18) Yes, we might take the long, slow, and so-very-high risk path of

waiting for @SidneyPowell1 to exonerate Gen Flynn in court. How many

uncertainties does that entail? The prosecution itself is an illegal

enterprise. I have to repeat that.

19) As it was an illegal enterprise that attempted, and failed, to

prosecute you, Sir, Mr. @realDonaldTrump, it was and remains an illegal

prosecution against @GenFlynn. Oh yes, the court may exonerate Gen

Flynn. But, should it do so, how does that prosecute the prosecution?

20) The sad answer, Sir, is that it does not. In some ways, it lets the

illegal prosecution off, Scott Free. Gen Flynn is exonerated by a corrupt

court. Do you see, Sir? The court that illegally prosecuted is the very

court we request, on bended knee, his exoneration?

21) Let’s take this up a notch. Forget about exoneration, what about

restoration? How does that get executed? After 23 days in office, the

Obama hit team took out Gen Flynn. From then till now his life and

reputation have been decimated. Where does he go to get that back?

22) Here is the answer in four steps.

1) #PardonFlynnNow, as in today.

2) Bring @GenFlynn to the White House for the signing of the pardon.

3) Bring him to your next rally and give him 5 - 10 minutes or more.

4) Allow him to rally for you, focused on the vets.

23) It is an untold story, Sir, how @GenFlynn’s work with the vets played

into our 2016 victory. There are those of us who feel that his work was

one of the most critical components of turning the tide in your favor. The

vets LOVE Gen Flynn and trust him completely.

24) And please, Sir, consider how the Left MUST suppress the veteran’s

voice. If veterans were allowed their due in our land, Socialism could

NOT be a threat the way it is. Our vets, Sir, they’re the answer. And the

other side knows that and suppresses them, utterly.

25) From his help to you, to his leadership of our great veterans, to his

honorable opposition to the Obama lies, to his leadership against HRC

and readiness to hold her to the Rule of Law, @GenFlynn is the most

important target of the Left, of the Obama Left.

26) We must return to your advisors, advising against his pardon, and

again to the great @SidneyPowell1. Let’s just tie down that, should you

agree to pardon him, there is a great mission for Sidney, in becoming

what I name the Brady Violation Czar. Empower her. She’ll deliver.

27) From my perspective, Sir, there is not one question left. Every single

day that Gen Flynn is under illegal prosecution is another wound,

another scar upon the face of America, making us less great. His

sacrifice is the Left’s delight. They love their power and safety.

28) So, what about the ‘acceptance of guilt’ implied by a pardon? I am so

often challenged over that, and over the still naive belief that the courts

are the source of exoneration. No one ever discusses restoration there,

obviously. It is 100% false. No guilt need be accepted.

29) All you need do, Sir, is declare to the world that you’ve chosen to

execute a #PardonOfInnocence. You wouldn’t be the first. There is a

long tradition of dismissing the effects of prosecutorial misconduct by

pardon. Why pardon? Because he is 100% innocent.

30) But then there’s that problem of his confession of guilt. I’m tempted,

but respect disallows to me, to say, are you kidding? The power to

extract confessions is NOT the creation of our illegal prosecutorial

system. Stalin mastered it. The Inquisition used fire to extort it.

31) @SidneyPowell1 has now established beyond the shadow of a

doubt that the Mueller team was ready to use its entire illegal power at

law to land upon Gen Flynn’s son. More, they knew his loyalty to you,

Sir, and to VP Pence, was in their hands as well.

32) He told us then, after deep contemplation, he decided for his family

and his nation, the best course of action was to plead guilty. That, Sir, as

you know, is a warrior’s loyalty, driving him to fall on his sword. Is this the

newly remade, great again America we must accept?

33) If our remade greatness comes at cost of this great patriot and

warrior for us and you, Sir, then that is a price too high to pay. You don’t

build a renewed Rule of Law, illegally. His prosecution is illegal. It is NOT

possible that the court will say that.

34) Only you, Sir, can say that. Only you can establish that the

prosecution against Gen Flynn is illegal. Only you can shut this down.

And the only way that can be done is by a #PardonOfInnocence. Test

my logic, Sir. You will find it stands.

35) Allow me, Sir, now to turn to my fellow #PardonFlynnNow supporters

on the topic of addressing you, respectfully, yet effectively. In doing so, I

turn to the Bill of Rights in our Constitution. I will quote it below.

36) “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion,

or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of

speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to

assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”

37) Fellow patriots, I don’t know that our message will arise to the level

of attaining @realDonaldTrump’s attention. But we must imagine it may.

Imagining so, the key phrase above is the last, the right to:

Petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

38) What we learned in the #ClearFlynnNow movement originally was

this. Gen Flynn’s millions of supporters can speak. All they needed to do

was employ that hashtag. At the time, I had never spoken to a reporter.

At the time, the reporters started calling me.

39) So, what I say to you now is this. Gen Flynn’s case is a grievance of

law. It is a grievance of justice. It is an atrocity. it compounds the atrocity

of his ouster, his second as well as his first. It was the pivot point on the

grievance of justice against our @POTUS.

40) Employ your right. In spite of themselves, Twitter has given

@realDonaldTrump access to us, his people, as no other medium ever

has before. Here we still are, speaking together at Twitter. Join me.

Petition for a redress of grievance with me.

41) And returning again to you, Sir, I humbly request only your

consideration. As I have stated repeatedly, I do NOT believe any remedy

for Gen Flynn’s case remains equal to your pardon. It is, I urge and

implore, the BEST POSSIBLE RESOLUTION.

42) That is why, Sir, I urge the consideration as well of all Gen Flynn’s

millions of supporters, that they make the same request to you that I am.

His pardon is what we need. The risks at court of law are too great. They

are corrupted, rigged, available at price.

43) You rightly state to the world that the Russia Hoax was just that.

Well, Sir, the Flynn Hoax was the first move against you, leading to the

Russia Hoax. I don't know who will write that book, the Flynn Hoax. It

merits a @GreggJarrett.

44) A friend of mine used a powerful term yesterday, Sir. She said that

what is needed relative to @GenFlynn’s case is that you be "bombarded

by truth." That is what I hope each and every #ClearFlynnNow supporter

will consider. The pardon, now, is what is needed.

45) And for all our understandable hesitation at law, or in petition of your

attention and action, we still boldly request:

#PardonFlynnNow by a

#PardonOfInnocence
